Our Inspiration
Granny B's dedication to her family and her community inspired us to open this bakery in her honor. Most of our recipes were passed down from her. Many in our collection are over 70 years old.
Our Grandmother was a pillar in her community. She brought smiles to anyone in her path by baking the best treats in the neighborhood. We pay homage to her by fulfilling her dream of opening a bakery.

Along with proven delicious recipes, we have professionally trained bakers and decorators on staff who can fulfill almost any custom dessert order.

With over 15 years of commercial cooking experience and a lifetime of baking, Chef Nay is the founder and leader of our company. She continuously trains our staff, providing guidance and perfecting all aspects of day to day operations.
Ashley Cox
Serving as our Human Resources Director, Ashley wields over 10 years of management experience and 5 years of Crisis Prevention. She offers a unique perspective on employee engagement, retention, and conflict resolution.
